The Leargas Group is a social and economic impact firm founded in March of 2021.
Founded by Brian Gallagher, the former CEO of United Way Worldwide.
Brian had a long career with United Way culminating as the global CEO from 2002 until 2021.
Brian’s experience is in vision and strategy development, change management, fundraising, governance, and developing business models that makes a strategy come alive to drive value and revenue. His experience also includes developing digital business models that makes a strategy relevant and effective in today’s direct to consumer world.
Scope
At the Leargas Group we focus on racial justice and equity, creating social capital in a digital world, and impact investing. We provide strategic advisory services to both nonprofit and for profit companies. We’re currently serving as a senior advisor to Humanitas and Neighbor Share.
As the CEO of the Leargas Group Gallagher is also the co-founder of the Abundance Circle, an impact investment fund of funds and ecosystem builder using an approach that incorporates a social collective impact framework, conscious capitalism, and systemic investing all informed by
biomimicry and the co-existence and continuous feedback loops found in natural ecosystems.
